Yep! The isses !! This is music from the South. Rauh, impulsive, hot-bubbling and with a good portion Groove! The band lives primarily from the two slide guitars, although the rhythm section and the keyboards deliver a rock-solid sound. Nevertheless, the slides are a bank of its own. Almost perfectly what's going on here! Compare Some reviews Delta Moon already with Little Feat. Na good that potential is there, what is missing is still a good dose of sophistication and a bit more of this typical dodgy Feat'schen rhythm. But I think that Delta Moon give a damn about any comparisons. The band plays unconcerned and fresh and conveys a completely overt self-confidence: here we are - and that is our music! -Basta! Tom Gray and Gina Leigh sharing the vocals. Both voices fit the music like chalk and cheese, or finger on the trigger. Here's nothing to complain about (such as with Shaun grater of Little Feat). Individual titles does not necessarily emphasize one. I'll do it anyway. First class are in every case the calm "Poplar Grove", the title track, "All She Wrote" and "Stone Cold Man". Rock-solid Southern Rock! Not even Bowie's "nightclubbing" is used to. -In Fact, that is a great cover! If you like the Allman Brothers, Little Feat, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Gov't Mule and the North Mississippi Allstars reinzieht, can safely access here. For five stars, I can not yet quite through rings. Especially when compared to the bands mentioned above. Nonetheless, the mix is right. -And This Slides ... Twenty years ago I had hanging gonna be a Southern flag above the bed. -Will Probably time to bring that thing back aus'm cabinet ...
