I tend to any food at a very strong bloating - all diseases were excluded. Since I take the capsules with every meal, the bloating is not or much less pronounced in place, I'm really excited! The capsules make my life really simple. Had previously numerous medications and nutritional supplements tried and nothing had shown effect.
