Were it not for the dark side: The Bluetooth connection is unfortunately anything but stable. First, can only pair a device. That is in itself bad, if you're not living alone, but the female partner with her cell phone (or similar) also want to play music. Before each use, then the device must be re-linked.
But that's not all! If the Bluetooth transmission has been interrupted (eg because you are too far away with the mobile phone or in some cases by use of WLAN (), it does not stop at a brief dropouts Rather, the music is henceforth completely cut off.. It does not help with the phone (tested with iPhone 5 and more Android devices) to go closer again. Nor does it help, stop playback and restart. The connection must be completely rebuilt instead. Since these errors often occur is not to think of a carefree musical enjoyment ... That then also regularly briefly suspends a speaker, is almost beside the point.
These were the reasons why we opted for the ultimately return the otherwise very nice speakers.
My tip: Amazon offers Belkin a small Bluetooth adapter (Belkin cordless Music Adapter for Bluetooth audio devices (power supply with UK plug) black) works much better. Up to 8 devices can be connected simultaneously and dropouts are very rare and only very briefly. The unit can then be connected to any music system. Who Apple devices, grips better equal to AirPlay-enabled speakers (which I have now done), and this can possibly make it usable on said Belkin device also for Android devices and Windows computers.
