Result:
- Bcp This mower is lighter than my old Babyliss, only 298 gr (thank you plastic)
- It also has a little shorter mains cable, it measures approx. 1.50 meter,
- However it is 8 watts of power and is manufactured in China as my old mower,
- But also as progress is good, the 5 settings of the steel blade is really a plus because a mower, regardless of brand, always better by directly cut the stainless steel blade on the skin without putting shoe plastic which degrade the quality of the cut and which clamp the bristles.
This trimmer allows to go from 0.6 mm to 2.5 mm approx. only with the 5 positions of the blade, without putting the plastic cups which guides them range from 3 mm to 25 mm and are 8 in number.
The mower cuts well the hair without pulling the battery unlike the mower (especially low-end).
In doing there is only one negative, old Babyliss had small teeth of the rim of the steel blade that is in contact with the skin, slightly rounded, so that the blade glides over the skin as irons but this mower Babyliss E695E, has small teeth at right angles, raw, without polishing or rounded, suddenly the blade slips less on the skin and tends to scratch a bit lightly, especially the skin the neck.
But as well the mower cutting the hair and there is no need to iron 15 times to cut, it's not really a problem, then we must not forget that this is not a mower beard normally.
Edit: I just want to make a change, a little disappointed anyway by small teeth of the rim of the steel blade that "scratch" on the skin instead of sliding as I said before, so I have just buy a second mower on Amazon there a few days, the mower Moser in 1406 that costs more expensive ten euros, well I can tell you that there are no photo, Moser 1406 is of a quality amazing, nothing to do with the Babyliss, you can read my review about the Moser on Amazon under the same nickname.
