The exercises are not complicated although some require further explanation but generally more descriptive textual images are enough. Good advice is given to achieve rapid progress.
Now there are also some drawbacks to this method. First she asked to have a lot of time because it takes a good hour and a half for a fairly full session. Then some necessities exercises to be equipped with a drawbar (contrary to what the title suggests) but otherwise the majority actually requires no special equipment (chairs, beds, walls sufficient). No need either to have a 100 m²!
A personal disappointment: why have not indicated the name of the muscles that you work each year? Too bad in my opinion!
