Good book with real, easy to understand techniques

This book I bought to my knowledge in the field of self-defense to expand. I've been running for years and Taekwondo EST (intervention and assurance techniques). It is a useful extension of existing knowledge - only partly recommendable without any prior knowledge.
We have added some techniques in our training schools and those in security training and personal development.
