The adapter is working properly and data can be transferred without difficulty. The SATA interface and USB port are connected by about 30 cm cable, which totally sufficient for my needs. The build quality is good for the price.
What you should know is that the products of East China is sent and is to be expected a longer wait time.

So a recommended article with a very good value for money if you do not desperately needed him and a few weeks to wait for sending.
