When I received the product, there was a small problem with the charger, plugs for connecting the USB cable was unhooked ...
No problem, a defect that happens, I sent it back and I was repaid very quickly and without any problems.
I recommend the same product, niquel charger for a battery against faulty, it is impossible to recharge ...

But to one that works, it works very well, my Sony NEX-3N recognizes it.
The battery is recharged by the faster charger for the camera.
