The drum set attracts as a supplement to the rubbing especially with the crown and the Julienne grater. From the crown grater I would have suspected that it often is used, this is defacto but very rarely the case. For mashed potatoes she is well suited, however, goes well with the flat beater. Other scenarios she has never seen. The Juliennereibe I suppose like to complement the fine grinding. Juliennes but does not really cuts because we must not be blinded by the name, because the Raspellänge is reduced to the shaft width and ID intersects the grater the pins shorter. Do I really need time Julienne I cut this further with your hand or use a julienne peeler for. However, I love this very grater for my carrot salad, which is so fine, without losing its bite. The difference from the fine grater of the basic set is there, though not overwhelming.
Conclusion: the rubbing are good. Looking back, not as "necessary" as I would have thought zuvors. It is also wonderful from the basic set.
