Then rebelote early July. I decided to lemmener directly from my servicer. (This time I even made a video of failure)
15 days later my repairman tell me that he just had to make Lentretien (= descaling). To which I replied that it wasnt indicated by the symbol but an error code. Obviously it charges me Lentretien.
So I recontacted Saeco / philipps for a commercial gesture. I'll spare you the e-mail exchanges that boils down to: you should have done descaling!
So outcome of the case, when we buy a machine to 400, must be scaled every 2 months, than before knowing whether it takes to make you lose one or two cups and 3 liters of water before to have the error code 5. ( FYI i also of water softener on my domestic circuit, so the scale does not exist)
I will recover my machine tonight to pay my 45 ny repairer who can do nothing and the bad pub for saeco and if I have to choose a machine in the future I would go on delonghi.
Hoping that it might help some to make their choice.
