Good, but remains below its potential

Delivery:

So same time dropped game in the Xbox One and once loaded a huge update down. After an hour finally losgelegt, even if you could only play the campaign of Halo 1 and Halo Anniversary 4 immediately. However, a 20GB update is not the truth at the beginning.

Clearly designed with typical Halo music. Quite fitting and atmospheric.

The Single Player:

Halo: CE Anniversary:
I must say in advance that I absolute Halo: CE was a fan, but did not have the Anniversary version for the Xbox 360. So I was very curious to see what will happen to me there.
Graphics:
The absolute hammer for 2011. The area was transformed lovingly, the enemies, weapons, vehicles, etc. have been cleaned up properly grandiose effects. I was really flabbergasted, what has been made of it. On the new video I quickly got used. The 1080p resolution and 60fps have also done appreciably well, the game runs super soft and it makes a lot of fun to play through the campaign again. 6/5 *
Sound:
Also super. The weapons and vehicles listen to full and cooler. The rest was nice as left as it was. 5/5 *
Extras:
The terminals are great. We learn more about the backstory of Halo, and for the people who have read the books, they are an even bigger treat.
The skulls make the campaign varied and combined with the difficulty Legendary to a whole new challenge. 5/5 *
The success (time + points) are also of interest to some. 5/5 *

Halo 2: Anniversary:
Now, for many, this was the reason for the Master Chief Collection.
Graphics: Very good! But did not make me so blown away like Halo: CE (which probably it is the Halo 2 already ne passable graphics had). Almost as good as Halo 4. The cinematics are against film empire and really top notch!
Very bad, however, are:
- No 1080p: now is not necessarily the huge problem in a remake for the Xbox One, however, that should actually be mandatory.
- The bigger problem is occasional stuttering and FPS drops in the campaign, especially when the opponents have the camouflage enabled. I buy me but not a remake, so that this bucking with a graphic that is a maximum of as good as Halo 4, even begins. Because you could have omitted the switching option for old graphic hire. Fortunately this does not happen so often. 3.5 / 5 *
Sound: The weapon sounds etc have been great improvement! However, the new music I do not like.

Overall I give 4.5 / 5 * for the single player, since I was hoping for a bit more of Halo 2 Anniversary. Nevertheless, it is worthwhile definitely alone already zuzulegen the box for the single player.

Multiplayer:
Now, the second important reason to buy for many. Before going into individual analyzes, only times a few negative things in advance:
- The bugs in matchmaking are so far still exist. It is unacceptable that one interprets the multiplayer on rather short round games, and then you have to wait for a game some 15-20 minutes. This gives me 1 * to deliver on the multiplayer vote because that just shows that here an unfinished game was issued.
- Several Halo 2 Anniversary lists, but no way, Halo: CE to play in revamped visuals? Too bad!

The multiplayer is divided otherwise in many lists which are otherwise also well thought out. Too bad, however, is in the list "battle with big teams" you only until 50 kills and plays the games ansich often be short. Furthermore, there were also quite a few lags and games that have been abruptly terminated. Apart from that, however, the multiplayer is great fun.

Special treat this is Halo: CE. The revised Sounds were taken, and unlike the PC version, which had a bad online Laggs and the worst Network Code has, I know (Thus evil shifted hitboxes what violent Leadaim necessitated), this version runs great and can be played class , For me, a veritable feast!

Halo 2 Anniversary plays also great, the graphics are in spite of everything but really better, and there are enough players there. Also Halo 3 and 4 can play online the muscles, which I personally Halo 3 is not so wish.

Overall I give it 3/5 stars for MP, due to the enormous game fun, which is, however, marred by lag and and the absence of many options.

Altogether that makes 3.75 / 5 stars, and I aufrunde here on 4 because some MP issues are probably solved.
