Moreover, it is indeed a nomadic method, then we must propose a nomadic method, not a thick book, large, bulky, that it will remain sedentary, which is not the purpose to original !!!
Finally, fifty pages could have been withdrawn; unnecessary redundancy, if the idea is fine to offer programs (stress, joints, back ....), which already account for about 40 pages, sequences, why remake a detailed technical glossary of then? Only the glossary would have been enough, he would simply tell the end, the list of programs offered on 5,10 or 15 minutes that were advised on such and such issues.
Similarly, the choice to take twenty pages to create oneself its own program on each day of the week is unnecessary, simply do it yourself on a separate notebook, one double page would have sufficed, photocopying or copying by way of example.
In paperback, going to the point, while developing each technique as it does in the book, removing pages 50 and thus decreasing the price of fact, we would have really had a great nomadic book, well worth to carry anywhere, shame!
Each asana is explained on pages 2, with the risks, against-indications, the benefits, the attentions to have; the drawings are very well done, but I think some postures deserved more than one design to be clearer to reproduce if this is the first yoga experience.
The postures are all ultra simple, which will delight the beginner or less flexible, more frustration if you're more advanced, without being a yogi, because even the figures considered progress remains very simple to do.
Improvements deserve to win 2 * and more!
