Firstly, the fan is arrived broken. I did not notice me at the time, that's all the housing (head) that is cracked and a piece fell when I moved. This fan is very design, the remote buttons have the robust air. What is really unfortunate is that evil lives transportation, obviously. And again and again having to retrieve cartons, dismounting, queuing at the post office to return it .... I keep it but I am very disappointed.
