I have 5 cameras of this type: this one produces a slightly blurred image, another broke down after 9 months.
The support of Heden poor, from my point of view: I have not managed to have a technician fails doc technical details, the firmware on the French site is older than that of the camera, there has some bugs (non-blocking, fortunately)
Still, the camera makes a good service.
