I have researched a relatively long time before I decided to on this chair. Conclusion: Actually, more or less all the swivel chairs scrap, if you do not want to spend 600 or more. But that was definitely me too much. The Ferrol Amstyle XXL seemed all reasonably affordable models even as the lesser evil. On 28/03/2015 I got delivered him. Everything was carefully packed and it seemed to me as if I were the first to unpack it (probably not always the case). The design was simple in principle, but was from the assembly instructions not to readily recognize which screw which point applies. The screw types are indeed numbered, but from the sketches is not immediately apparent what goes where. You could do better. The chair actually makes a very well-made impression - sharp degrees or the like are not noticed. Creaking noises does not make my chair so far. For convenience: The width of the seat is for me (187cm, 115kg) sufficiently. Bruising of the arm rests on the thighs, as described by others, I do not get. The padding of the seat tends to be rather soft. Say, one falls through after a certain time and then you realize the seat plate under the cushion. This is now not totally unpleasant or bad, because I do not sit 8 hours left in this chair, but leads to a star deduction. In a pinch, you could use an additional seat cushion. The backrest and the possibility of tilting on the other hand I find very convenient. If someone constrict the arm too much, you could certainly replace the mounting screws through some longer screws from the hardware store and put something outside the armrests by short spacers (pipe sections). 3-4cm more width should be feasible so readily, without notice great. But actually, should such a thing, of course, the manufacturer directly available!
