There is no better at the price charger that CR invites 123 batteries.
The charge indicator is easy to read, invite red =, green = loaded.
Empty cells are loaded in less than 30 minutes.
Whether the device actually has an automatic shut-off, I could not test, so better stick to it when using the device.
Biggest weakness is that you can load CR 123 cells only with adapter pieces that you have to pinch between contacts and battery cumbersome.
The adapters are manufactured so amateurish that a clear is that the device is actually intended for larger cells that are there but not to buy in Germany.
