Ordered and delivered in less than a week. The chair is shipped to Germany in a slightly lighter packaging (original box without reinforcement and with Fragile tape), my package arrived ripped so I took 5 minutes in the presence of delivery personnel to check the contents ( backrest, seat, 2 arms, walk to 5, castors, mounting plate, piston, cache, screws). Everything was there. Assembly is done in 15 minutes, must be forced to properly drive the rollers in their housing.
The assembled product is qualitatively (if we do not look too closely the finish). By cons I do not feel that the seat can tilt, contrary to what the pictures suggest (but I may be wrong). The seating position is comfortable, very pleasant armrests (I work on computer). To me, this is a quality / price found in stores.
