Very good. The chair was transported by UPS in a very sturdy box. All components are protected against slipping, sensitive components are also packed in foil.
Assembly:
Satisfactory. A manual was not the chair, the structure of the Video Amazon product page was here but helpful, although several meaningful steps are missing (eg the attachment of the rest was cut). In particular, the correct selection of the screws can be somewhat problematic here because va mounting the seat surface with a plurality of screws seems possible. Therefore, the structure lasted 45 minutes. In order to explain:
Seat: Big jump screws without washers
Armrests: Small, long screws
Chair: Large screws with washers jump
To mention this in the video would shorten and simplify the structure enormously. The included tool enabled a highly reliable mounting of components. Details as already mounted locking compound on the screws are very positive.
Processing:
Good. All materials are valuable and make a very robust. Nothing creaks or wobbles. The armrests wiggle in a little, but can hardly be fixed due to the many setting possibilities. The headrest wobbles slightly in its holder.
Function:
Good. The seat is tight and comfortable. The back is firm and supports the back well. The lumbar support could put a little more pressure. The armrests are very adaptable, a catch would be very useful to prevent inadvertent movement here. The headrest is highly scalable in height, but is too far back attached to support the head permanently. The spring tension of the synchronous mechanism can be adjusted not strong enough for my weight / size (91 kg at 198 cm).
Conclusion:
A comfortable office chair with good workmanship and ergonomics. Few Problems Spoil something else very good overall picture.
