First of all the background story as it has come to this Review: My old office chair has given up the ghost, ergo I needed a new one. Since I unfortunately do not have a car and none of my mobile friends had time (and in my student friends that are anyway not many) I could not go to a furniture store nearby to get my replacement, so I have time on the Internet, more precisely, sought here at Amazon for alternatives. Who has also been done (and probably you do it straight, otherwise you would not be here) will probably had a similar experience as me:
Almost all office chairs that are below 200, almost across the board negative reviews, at least those who show up first when simple "office chair" or "executive chairs" enters. Of course that first frightening by the Bank have almost only positive reviews expensive office chairs - which was not my budget but rudimentary ago.
Then you deal in more detail with the reviews you realize that it is often less about the product went se, but only to the settlement guarantee by the manufacturer or Amazon. If you look for example at exactly this model at Amazon.co.uk after, you only positive reviews and much respect is there across the board in front of German quality and apparently the manufacturers seems to deliver almost as fast as to my house on the island. At first I found the design of this chair a little strange, but somehow I did not have 0815 Office chair back, so I just slammed times and let me send the thing.
The delivery was done promptly, and the chair was then directly after the weekend. As you can see in the video, the assembly is super easy. Alone I needed just 30 minutes to the second, it is likely VLT. even go a little faster, but probably not as much faster. If everything fit and basically the structure is self-explanatory. Above all it must be said: If I can do it easily, creates each.
I am 2m tall and Wieger always something between 100 - 110kg ie just above the specified maximum load limit for this chair, but he coped with the problems so far. The seat is still as comfortable as on the first day. The backrests are also very stable and also very convenient by the leather cover, but you should not use the chair as a toy and it rumklettern that would permanently certainly not cope with the backrest.
The first reaction of my friends when I had this chair was new cool: It was immediately assumed that I ordered it online and not have bought Göttingen because so chic designer chairs that I can still afford it, there would be in Göttingen but even niece. As true as true;)
I do not know how far one can believe the prices indicated on Amazon, and if the chair has really tasted 180 times. For the current price is Price / Performance-wise, absolutely fine, referring to the design with a, you get even more out with a bold Plus. Since I've been in the furniture store already on much poorer and less acting chairs that cost significantly more. Therefore I would recommend to look at this model again only if a design appeals. I have not yet regretted purchasing definitely, and should change that and be the seat too quickly by sitting or break a back or what-so-ever, I will as usual update the review here.
