Good choice, perfect delivery

Delivery with Hermes went sensationally fast. On Wednesday, 19.12., The machine has been ordered. By Christmas we had already feared that it is only in the New Year. On Friday came before the call, the machine should be delivered on Saturday 9-12 clock. Saturday at 9:30 announcement on mobile phones, in 10 minutes you are there. This fitted well, the machine has been unloaded, unpacked and taken to their destination, the packaging material has been taken. Good as It Gets unlikely.

The machine makes a very good impression. Clean processing, stainless steel chamber (!), Laterally freely movable cutlery basket (we find more practical than a drawer above), 3 height adjustable upper basket, a variety of additional shelves, meaningful program selection.

Installation and connection went smoothly, although the assembly instructions is a bit cryptic. (Probably optional) Only a few small parts described in the assembly instructions were not there, but at least I have not been missing. Update 14.01.2013:

Compared to our previous machine (Neff = Siemens) can be bad wheat glasses so flush, since the spikes that hold the plates are too short. This eliminates the glasses, you have a little drum tinker so it holds.
