Two small negatives to know: medium capacity tank. So perfect coffee for a couple or a small family but not for large family! Then the flask is up the heat for 1 to 2 hours, little more. Otherwise, the coffee machine works fine. We have for two months and we are very happy. Good value for money. Impeccable.
