Very good coloring gel. The whipping cream for the Santa Claus cake was nice dark gray to almost black. A star I subtract however, BDA was broken upon delivery of the cover. I had ordered 3 colors and in two pieces was the case. I have the lid then glued with the glue gun. I can not say whether it has located at the shipping or not. Actually the goods were packaged well.
