This camera belt I bought after reading the reviews for my existing here Bridge cam Fuji Finepix S100FS in May 2011 here.
Am quite happy. As already mentioned, you can use the "abridged" belt as a hand strap.

The camera with the cpl. Carry strap is very comfortable because the inserted neoprene part also develops a certain spring effect.
Small point of criticism:
The belt ends (tissue) gave something so that I can be sure call for even with staples (Tacker - "Spider") by secured.
Nevertheless, I'll get me a second belt for my DSLR D5000.

For pro-Cams (and then still with battery grip) I would not recommend the belt.
