Good compositions, well arranged BUT catastrophic Sound

I've been Amy's first CD to be a fan of their music. The auditions for A Curious Think and especially the TV appearances with Do not Tell Me That It's Over made clear to me: The new CD is needed.

Bought. In the CD player (an admittedly high-order system). And then asked me in the first Gittarreneinsatz whether the CD or even the system are broken ... This recording is so bad that I only really re-examined the CD for scratches or mistakes ... But no. Which seems to be really taken so bad that it horrifies one. A look at some other Rezesionen here showed me, however, that I'm apparently not alone in this perception.

My amplifier along with my Dynaudio speakers like to resolve to the last detail. In that case, I must say: Here! That was this CD undoing and therefore only 2 "grace Stars" for Amy's music itself. The sound engineer should cheer though!

Above all, the penetrating Plektrumgeklappere annoys so much so that the CD disappeared on the shelf. In CD-cassette player of my daughter the sound was bearable, but unfortunately my daughter is in a completely different music. Perhaps we should be highly compressed rip the CD to MP3 and listen to a not so high quality MP3 player to still to come in the enjoyment of these beautiful songs ...
