Not necessarily the quietest fan. Nevertheless, the two coolers are well made and do a good job. I ordered in blue because they so are best for my body. The color lights very nice. The fans are indeed quieter than my two old, but not necessarily a whisper. However, the operating noise does not bother. Corsair has got it on the good processing, unlike other manufacturers to provide the fan with a sufficiently long connection cable. Top!
