The delivery was very quick. Device comes with the shipping company. Since it weighs 50 kg, and the box is very unwieldy help mus a 2 person while wearing because the supply is only to curb.
To assemble the elliptical machine I needed 2 hours. Instructions for this is ok.
What surprised me the smooth running of the crosstrainer. So far, the elliptical machine has convinced me.
For my size of 190 cm, it is also ok.
