Good device with a small error

I bought two of these timer. One of the devices working properly, the other remained hanging on the go at the set time. an investigation revealed that the housing parts (front and back) at three locations had a snap-fastening. one of these attachments was not properly snapped, causing a gaping gap zeischen front and rear wall was built. This jammed the knob. After I had compressed the third snap fastener, the timer also worked impeccably.

However, the actual reason for the point deduction in the assessment was different. The devices have a very attractive design, but between the timing mark on the Einstellknebel and the scale on the housing is a distance of about 4 mm. As the head of the setting mark is also still approximately 3mm above the scale, quite a parallax error occurs when setting. Here the product developer has neglected the functionality compared to the design. I scored on the knob towards the "0" with a tack line and this notch dyed dark with a dirty finger.
