The Philips Tornado is a good energy-saving lamp. The biggest advantage: After power is instantly bright addition, Philips has compared to OSRAM MiniTwist a pleasant light.. That may very subjective, since both radiate a warm white light. Nevertheless, I feel that the OSRAM has a slight greenish tint. The light acts any case unpleasant than the Philips.

A big minus was however for the form. Especially ceiling spotlight with E14 are often built Slim. In two spotlights the Philips did not fit into it, because the design is too thick. That must not happen. How are different shows in this case OSRAM.

So light and response time better than the OSRAM. A star deduction for structural deficiency.
