In our kitchen seems to be a possible bad place for FM reception, more than the local transmitter is free from noise, not in it (even with the Ditalio), with DAB on the other hand I have excellent reception of more than a dozen stations.
So, but now the device: the with the stereo is certainly rather a useless gimmick (when you sit already so close to the device ...) - the purchasing decision advantage compared to Ditalio mono-brother were to me more the station buttons.
The sound is rather thin. For the kitchen's reached, in which case you would have large but can certainly achieve better. Ditto the operating concept (stiff buttons - and how to get up with the idea in the middle of a navigation rocker to grab the Sleep button and Enter to hide somewhere else?).
But these are all just little things that do not really bother for use for example in the kitchen. Otherwise solid basic functions (fast search, switchable display various data, sufficient transmit memory, etc.).
Big plus for the mechanical switch (unfortunately behind) who actually brings the power consumption to 0 watts (of course then no time on the display). I was pleasantly surprised by the slim power supply and the standby power consumption (0.4 watts according to my estimation iron Profitec KD-302).
All in all for the price a good device, I would buy again.
