Good equipment, but not for everyone

With regard to the pitfalls and potential problems when installing the device in a vehicle, I can only add my voice to the competent Vorrezensenten; any potential interested should please check carefully before buying, whether his car is suitable for this Moniceiver, or he is willing to bear the additional cost of retooling and installation.

I tested the unit with the domestic speaker system.

The image resolution on the comparatively large display is sufficient if you did not have HD-claims. Evaluate absolute positive is the large number of supported formats in picture and sound, so that everything was supposed to be covered. The sound is of course dependent on the connected speakers, but the conditions for an untarnished listening experience brings the Sony with very clear.

Operation of the device is rather uncomplicated and that's not very important for a "car radio". The Bluetooth connection (tested with Android smartphone) works without problems, still a plus. A bit of a shame is that the Moniceiver only has the analog radio with all its variations and uncertainties in supply, more for nostalgic.

Conclusion: A solid and good device, the suitability for personal needs but everybody has to decide for himself.
