The machine is not actually wrong! You can do very good espresso with it. But what one should not forget that this is not just the machine that counts, but also good coffee / espresso. We have the machine have to send back to Amazon now after 9 months, as they now also had technical problems (machine remained only in the heating and therefore they could not be started / when you start the pump could be heard, but there was no water) , I think the technical problems may occur with any device!
