the filter works well. Water is good, but we must pour the water into a pitcher. Indeed, the cartridge is higher than a conventional cartridge. making one notices that the remaining water gets inside the cartridge and mixes with the filtered water. I think the only way to solve this problem is to buy a carafe of the same brand. if not in all it's pretty decent.
