After the FZ but 7000 not really exploited by us 3 persons and lots of closet space takes off, I'm glad now to have this smaller model (21 cm x 27 cm x 36.5 cm). 600g capacity is sufficient for us loose so many fries we do not eat, too.
Of course you can also order baking cakes or prepare div. Food, but I usually prefer the oven. I have tried this in the old model before, but was not so impressed. Because the casing can wipe with a damp cloth, so it's not so good if there a lot of oil, etc. purely drips. In this new model, however, the food to be cooked is resolved sensibly. Here, the mounting for the stirring arm is attached to the container and not as in the old to the housing. Thus crumbs fall so easily into the housing, and also oil or sauce is no longer running as fast in the housing. With this model, so you can cook much better than the old. A significant advantage over my old Actifry, although I still prefer to cook in pots.
The oil injected during heating as well as in the ladle and thus reaches unfortunately also not removable parts. It has splash edge and especially behind the top of the lid and sometimes also the bottom of the housing. That you get clean only bad, since you can go over it with a damp cloth. Thus shall there with the time but an unsightly layer of fat on which I have in any case have to realize with the bigger one. But I hope in this small model is not so bad. Here I find the cleaning a little easier and better resolved.
Cleaning the removable parts such as covers, cooking containers and agitator is simple. They can wash well, I had already in the dishwasher without it has harmed them. Only the stirrer can not dry well inside.
An improvement to my old Actifry I could find at the detachable parts. There is a rausnehmbaren filter, where were the old only difficult to clean slots and an outlet grille is also for losing weight. The lid is also somewhat better achieved and wipe. If you still could now remove the grille above the lid, it would be perfect. Certainly the cover screws to see, but they are a little difficult to reach, so that you can not unscrew and wash fast times.
The Actifty beeps überigens already during insertion, the cooking time can - be easily adjusted and + keys on the display. After the time it beeps again. Where this model is here quieter than my old one. But does not bother me most is you anyway near. The volume during cooking here is also quieter than my old device.

I am very pleased with this Actrifry. I find it better than my old model and would buy me back, if necessary, a Actifry.
