The fins arrived fast and reliable and I could immediately start training. The fins are ideally located (had me a little number of purchases) and not push and adapt to the foot very well. At first I was worried because the fins quite heavy and clunky worked, but the water has it soon changed. Due to their shape "of a piece" they act like a part of the foot. The first few laps we flew literally through the water and you could very well work on his technique. Note that you can continue executing the kicking clean and push-off you can slip off sometimes if one sets diagonally. But overall I would recommend the fins and they are well worth the money!
