Unfortunately - and this is for me with a smartphone Motorola maintains a significant shortage, even after the acquisition by Google, the software of xt925 so good we did not. Although the device currently (11/2013) is still sold new, there are already over a year no more updates on latest Android versions, or even to fix just about bugs.
After a smart phone is defined to a considerable extent by the software, and bring the latest Android versions not just small improvements, but also fixes (closed vulnerabilities) with which is not acceptable to an Internet-connected device. Therefore, 3 points deduction.
Currently just Android 4.4 is released - but the device is still running with the now three generations old 4.1.2.
As nice as the hardware is also ... without reasonable current software maintenance, over a realistic period of use (for example, 2 years after cessation of sales), Motorola disqualified for me here. It probably remains to unblock only the Razr HD and then install it yourself, an alternative ROM (eg CyanogenMod) to use it for more than a few months safely.
