I bought the headphones, because I have the CX 300 II sought with headset function. The headphones also look identical, but the sound of the 300 II is significantly better. The MM 70s sounds dull compared to what is probably due to the headset functionality. However, the specifications are different, so it is probably only externally is the same headphones.
