Unlike the competing product from Bosch this heating pad is also really warm at level 3. Tensions on the back can be so well treated. After a few minutes, the maximum heat is reached and is then held up to 90 minutes. The neck portion could be made a bit tighter fitting, but you can get help with a velcro strap or himself. For my relatively long back it is something cut too short and either the lumbar or cervical spine gets off little heat, but I can live with. Overall, I think it is a pretty good product, and I can only compare it with the Bosch machine.
