I think it is a good 4-component protein, very low sugar and carbohydrate content and a good mix of amino acids. I mix my always with skim milk and have no digestive troubles or problems with pimples. I have been training for several years, where I have never paid to protein or other health supplements earlier value. However, my successes were always very slowly and over a certain point, I never came out. Since then I take protein to me and the whole with Krea-Alkaline, BCAA stacks and arginine supplementiere happened right thing. Of course I have also changed my diet, I take fewer carbohydrates and more protein to me, has already let alone melt my fat. The arginine helps me in training, earlier I always had a dead end, about which I did not come across. The power failed, I was tired, the arginine makes me train like mad. Only when one puts his muscles to the limits of their power, they begin to grow.
In total I have lost 9 kilos in the last six months, my body fat has dropped from 21% to 14%, the trend is decreasing. And I am no longer a teenager, I'm 42 years old and everyone knows the older you get, the harder it is to remove and build muscle mass.
Overall I am very happy with the product and especially the price. Where am with Mammut Formel 90 Protein should however accommodate the 10kg-Buckets, I do not know. ;-) But to save again 6 euros, it was nevertheless worth buying the 3kg-serving me.
