I have noticed the insurance: buy "2-year device protection with theft protection for mobile phones and smartphones from 250.00 to 499.99 EUR" about 1.5 years ago with the Samsung S3 32GB Galasy Amazon. I began to think I had "nothing" bought the insurance. But about 1 week before it happened - the loss event. The mobile phone has fallen to me while waiting for the bus from the hand (God knows how that could have happened to me, usually I'm not the man that happens, the more gets upset over others which pasiert something ..). Definitely had the cell phone is now a big fat crack in the bottom of the screen, which until further moved upward, except the optical flaw worked the phone still properly. Then when I Nevertheless, I have home insurance was called. Since it was the weekend, I only got a woman on the line, the only called me an emal address to which I should send the data. That reminds me that was but somehow too vague, I called on Monday again. This time I had a very nice woman on the phone, which has given me an email in which there was an answer sheet I filled immediately. On the same day I got a reply with a removal order for UPS, was what the phone picked up the next day (I had no cost take care of the collection!). The next day I got an email from the repair service, which had arrived my phone. Also, I was able to follow the current status of the repair through my IMEI number under a specified address. Two days later came back a package of UPS with the mobile phone, which had a brand new display. I thought for a moment I would get a new phone * laugh * The only drawback: It was indeed noted that it would be possible that the data will be deleted, but not mandatory. As I had thought that at a display repair any changes need to be made on the software side, I had some data, unfortunately, my contacts are not backed up - these are now all gone, because the OS has been completely eye plays new (your own fault !!!)
