I have noticed the insurance: buy "2-year device protection with theft protection for mobile phones and smartphones from 250.00 to 499.99 EUR" about 1.5 years ago with the Samsung S3 32GB Galasy Amazon. I began to think I had "nothing" bought the insurance. But about 1 week before it happened - the loss event. The mobile phone has fallen to me while waiting for the bus from the hand (God knows how that could have happened to me, usually I'm not the man that happens, the more gets upset over others which pasiert something ..). The next day I got an email from the repair service, which had arrived my phone. Also, I was able to follow the current status of the repair through my IMEI number under a specified address. Two days later came back a package of UPS with the mobile phone, which had a brand new display. I thought for a moment I would get a new phone * laugh * The only drawback: It was indeed noted that it would be possible that the data will be deleted, but not mandatory. As I had thought that at a display repair any changes need to be made on the software side, I had some data, unfortunately, my contacts are not backed up - these are now all gone, because the OS has been completely eye plays new (your own fault !!!)
