Good machine, bad drum bearing

Bought in early 2011, shortly before the warranty period made the drum bearing loud noises heard from the basement to the first floor. Service engineer came and exchanged equal to the entire drum. Makes sense, since the change of the bearing (costs depending on the provider 4 -15 euros) time-consuming and thus expensive.
Now, in early 2013 again bearing noise. Since I do not want that the mechanics I will completely disassembled to change the bearings in their own work.
Here are some data for storage in case anyone has the same problem:

(Addendum 15.03.2014: This camp is the outer bearing, which precipitates rare.
There is yet another, larger bottom bracket. This suffers from water incursion.

But back to the review, have been buying yet no regrets (Addendum: already), super washes
(For men, there is anyway only two types of washing: "dirty" and "dirty, but still goes")
So far, no other problems, the design of the machine is simple and therefore easy to repair.
Hopefully I do not change my mind when I try to expand the camp tomorrow.
And efficient / fast the device is also, for slightly sweaty T-shirts and sweaters, there is a great quick wash, 30 minutes everything was great.
If this machine buy again. Thus, I would have a lot of spare parts ;-)
So 4 stars for the machine, a star deduction for the camp.

// 12.2013 Addendum:
Have a stock bought today it tries to install. After I had gradually broken down almost the entire machine, I had to give up.
It is probably not possible to replace the bearings individually. Must be pressed out of the camp to get the bearing out the inner drum. But do not go because the place in the outer barrel is too small. The outer drum is made of two plastic halves which are bomb-proof glued together.
Something I call mischief. Just as well you could also screw the halves.
Thus, the drum is again a disposable article, so I prefer one more star from. Too bad.

// Supplement, 15/03/2014:
Have taken today out of order the machine. 400 for three years = ~ 133 loss per year, but there is only one star.
The machine was the defective storage so loud that I could hear the spin on the 2nd floor.
It also annoys me that I have gemach no further warranty claim. Is there not an impersonated drum again two-year warranty?
Anyway, no desire to ever trouble. Let's see what a Siemens WM bear.
