Good Machine 'how long? (82)

Has now paid off the purchase?
The first use was initially frustrating: Half an hour after initial jumped off the belt. He was frayed at both edges, also had a small tear and he had shrunk to 2 cm in circumference. In addition, rubber skid marks found in the belt protection box. In short, he could no longer raise. Why? I do not have a clear explanation to this day. Anyway, I noticed a new belt was provided free by the manufacturer. Since then, the machine runs without snags.

(++) The machine performance is good, the 15 hp engine makes here really paid. The Verhäckseln goes fast, so fast that it makes sense to put the shredded material before hand (see picture), or to work with two people. Despite the relatively large hopper has to be ensured that the shredded material is introduced as possible longitudinally. Especially with small and very small branches often results in a large wide structure which is then not push through.

(++) The large tires make something heavy machine really mobile. So you can go to the chopped material and must not tow the machine the shredded material.

(+) The petrol engine will start promptly. Although the manual drive appear difficult at first, but at the latest after the third time the engine is running.

(+) Specifies who value it, really get chopped small, the Verhäckselte can scroll a second time. It results in a significantly more homogeneous mass (see picture).

(+/-) The instruction manual for the chopper is used, the images good enough, so that the structure is not a guessing game. The formulations are set, however, a bit strange, in a nutshell, are more reminiscent of instruction sequences.

(+/-) The instruction manual for the motor is well illustrated and easy to understand in the text. There is, however, no indication that oil should be used or allowed. Presented a single grade (eg SAE 30) or is a multigrade oil meaningful (eg SAE 5W-30)?

(-) To check the V-belt tension is almost impossible if you do not decrease the protective lining.

(-) The entry into the chipper comes rather abruptly. The use of protective gloves is mandatory. In addition, they should but also padded back of the hand, or at least with leather (and not with textile) be supplied. Chance of a glove is also carried away a little by the sudden retraction, therefore gloves with Velcro (Forestry gloves) appear useful.

(-) Is really annoying the exhaust direction. The exhaust gases one gets from directly if you bows to the chopper-discharge opening in order to push away the chaff which accumulates. Even if you use a rake, you get out of the exhaust gases from something. Had the exhaust port a little more can not be directed to the left?

The review of the ETM test magazine can I agree with two exceptions:
1. The 'powerful' collection can be dangerous if not suitable gloves be used. There is also a risk of injury during abrupt withdrawal of very long pieces of twig arms and face.
2. About the reliability of the machine for a longer time, the report is a statement guilty.

Conclusion:
Overall good machine that appears simple in construction. This has advantages for the owner when it comes to self-repair.
This review is based on 2 cubic meters chopped (final product).
Yes, the acquisition was worth it!

The first screw has come loose from the fuel tank itself and fell into the shredded material. Cause: Thread was messed up in the first screwing, can no longer tighten.

Have this machine now also seen in Italy, except for the color and label the basic 100% identical, only the gasoline engine seems to be different. Obviously an interesting no-name product with variable equipment options!

Had asked for a new protective cover from the manufacturer. Directorate on the same day: was sent to me for free. That's service! Today reinforced taped to the eventual breaking point and installed.
