Simply select 90 watts and for a short time.

The manual is easy to understand and contains many useful tips and tables of the selectable programs, food and its most suitable settings. However, as has been my experience, you have to best find out for yourself what you like used. The defrost for ground beef has anyway so I am not convinced, although I have the frozen Hack Extra weighed again (as in the guidance suggested) and even when adjusting the weight again 50 g have been on top. At the end of the defrosting time, only half was actually thawed from Hack. This has then reminded me that even so was at other microwave and I have the set in accordance with the thawing even without using one of the programs. I'll probably do it in this microwave too.
But other things I found funny in the manual, for example, that you should put a spoon in the container when heating liquids. I've never heard of, and it is in my eyes also pointless, since, as I've tried, prolongs the heating time considerably. The guide is, for example, one should fill a large cup with water and heat for 1:30 minutes with a spoon in it, then you would get the hot water. I did that, but the water was really only lukewarm! Hot water was only after more than twice the time. The same applies to milk. Without the spoon it comes in half the time. Therefore, a clear rejection of the bucket method.
Even so thoughtful things in it like no heating or spelled Kirschkernkissen. Allegedly because of explosion hazard. I get that any more because Dinkelkissen (hot water bottle replacement) be heated anyway only in stages of one minute and not mehlr than two minutes in total, and I've done this a thousand times and my pillow is never explodes.
