My experience with the flavors of milk chocolate, cream and nut and Café Brazil:
+ Tastes good
+ Foams Although very, but saturated by well
+ Wide range of flavors
+ Even with 15-20g can be a delicious Shake produce (indicated on the product tempts not to 40g and more consumption per shake)
+ With me quite well tolerated (except when multiple doses of large portions)
+ On the whole very good solubility (not at the beginning, but was on a bad Shaker; for mixers no problem)
+ Made in Germany, for all the focus on the country of origin-Quality heuristics
- Cafe Brazil was not my taste, but is rather to my subjective perception (have passed it, this person liked it very well)
- Price ok, but not very cheap (with a high consumption, I recommend the 2kg Box -> lower price per piece on very good 20)
Conclusion: Have slammed again recently, as it is a good all-rounder for me (in terms of composition of milk protein / casein (40%) and whey protein / Whey (49%)).
I was going from one shop seller advised casein (degrades more slowly) and whey protein (is rapidly degraded) separated from each take. However, this exceeds my ambition in protein intake, because I'm just about 2x per week strength training and mainly cardio / strength endurance training (running / cycling) operate. In addition, I take on Quark, Milk and Yogurt much casein to me.
My recommendation: For all those who ...
... Train general fitness and want to have a product for dietary supplements (for example because they eat little meat)
... Want to reduce their daily intake of calories and this athletic (due to good saturation)
... Want to run slow and sustained muscle building (I would recommend a mix with short-chain and long-chain sugars or possibly mitmixen a banana)
