The soundtrack to the Da Vinci Code is really 100% Hans Zimmer. Once again, it creates room to create a music that is the film justice and there accompanied wonderfully individual Szehnen, but can also be made as a single music. Especially the 10 pieces The Citrine Cross and 13 Chevaliers de Sangreal really go under the skin. The other pieces are rather quiet and very church breathed if one disregards some dramatic interruptions.
That's why the four stars. The music is wonderful they can be heard by nearly all, if not in between the music adapted to the film, dramatic changes. That bothers a little while listening the soundtrack, gearde because this highlights often repeat in their melody and I thought the first time the CD would kapput.
