Now I'm already on the negative aspects:
- The contrast of the display is still very low. Even for a matte screen is not so great, because the colors often simply look very pale. Here I would like to see a function for highly regulated, as in the brightness.
- The drive seems a bit less stable and the housing bottom of the drive can be easily pressed. However, in the competitors, what I've read so, no better.
- USB 3.0 would have been nice.
- The battery lasts about 4 hours for surfing and typing. Most sufficient, one should occasionally keep your eyes open for an outlet. In load it holds about 2-3 hours. For me, not a big problem, because everywhere in the Faculty outlets are distributed, but is sometimes a bit annoying. Unfortunately, here too the competitors is not much better, but a larger battery would have done the notebook.
- Who had the idea of the piano lacquer on the cover? Granted, the piano lacquer looks cleaned well and gives the notebook an elegant touch, but in practice, absolutely unsuitable. On the lid fingerprints and Staubflußen accumulate so rapidly that it no longer looks quite so noble. This constant cleaning is required. So always a handkerchief, or microfibre cloth in your pocket to take. It is also advisable to carry the notebook in its own pocket, since it between my scripts (ie a bunch of cardboard and paper) fairly quickly gets scratches and unsightly driver himself.
- The absolute most annoying is the touchpad. It is a disease to work with, because you get stuck again and again with his finger, and thus feel free to verklickt times. Since definitely needs to be improved. Even Aldi notebooks get back better. Well, the touchpad has scroll zones and with two fingers, the Magnifier can be operated, but that makes the grottigen slide well, especially when pushing the finger, no better. I have now tried nachzuhelfen with a protective film for smartphones. And yet it works better already but not yet optimal. M Going to try this even with very fine sandpaper to roughen.
I had in the meantime been a good mind to exchange the notebook, but then it did keep it, because I'm quite well so despite the negative points. Who but the touchpad needed should look for another device. I probably would not buy this notebook again, but now I want it no longer really miss. Let's see if I still get the touchpad problem reasonably under control.
Finally, a small note:
In my selection of the manufacturer, I have also informed about the preparation conditions and environmental performance of notebooks. It's incredibly difficult to access good conscience here. I ask myself the question whether these devices really so relatively must be cheap, while elsewhere working in the electronics industry have to work under inhumane conditions. Here belongs urgently rethought. I would be willing to pay more for electronic equipment and for less frequently to buy new, but be able to buy these then in good conscience. Unfortunately I do not have a manufacturer of notebooks found who can really claim to pay attention and at the same quality level (on nice flowery phrases on the manufacturer pages you need here to put little value).
