I bought the computer for my practice as a workplace client computer. Working properly, Windows XP professional (Win 7 on another computer made in our network only problem) was fully pre-installed, just needed to be configured yet.

All office applications, Internet and practice software running quickly and easily. So far there was no failures, crashes, etc.

The only drawback is the rather loud fan. Although no comparison to the previously used "big" computers, but always audible. Did have to ask him to foam pad, as it in addition to the fan noise were resonances with the desktop otherwise. But the point deduction there.

For the low price it still offers much, consumes little power, has a normal DVD drive on board (not only as a feed slot) and even classic mouse and keyboard ports (pink / green). This is well-functioning old peripheral hardware not suddenly useless.

Addendum 26.08.2013:
The computer is running in daily practice every day and makes up no problems today. Also, the fan has not become louder. Really a good workhorse.
