good overall impression, unfortunately, individual items are damaged or have manufacturing flaws

I received my order quickly indeed receive, but in already damaged packaging. As I have the goods checked, I found numerous processing errors:
dirty holes, especially the feet, dirty Lackauftragung, and uneven thickness of the upper and lower bars of the fence elements, chipped paint and dents in the wood.
For this must be mentioned that the individual elements in the package were not adequately protected against knocks and slipping, ie that traveling and probably some damage may have occurred.

The door element appears to be unstable and the door can be opened after the not so simply close again.
Generally I find the closing mechanism very impractical: only the wooden handle (which is of rectangular block with a finger hole) retract horizontally, at the same time lift the door and open it.
When too close in order to proceed and then even the hole for fixing the door meetings.
... A bit too awkward when I compare the safety gate mechanisms from other manufacturers.

Addendum after about 1 year use:

The paint peeling from now in many places, is quite thin and delicate.
I would now prefer to buy a quality product from reputable manufacturers.
