Good part with restrictions

Since my new ITX request housing "only" a full 5 1/4 "drive bay has, however, I am the owner of a Slim BluRay drive for SlotIn-preference, I needed a Adapter. Amazon had 3 to choose from, visually I liked the Delock variant best, especially since you can pack an even a 2.5 "HDD or SSD with addition, which could well be of advantage in narrow ITX enclosures ..
When you unpack first outweighed the joy, because it looks visually (color and design) very good and suits my CoolerMaster ITX Case and all sorts of screws are included, also packaged separately yet pretty.
First negative point, however, I quickly fell the sharp edges, it cuts down on installation of the drive and the installation in the housing so reluctant fingers and this is not easy. Had been alone perhaps not so bad, but in my copy on all body panels was the plastic protective film on it. Since you do not want to take the chance that the film over time replaces heat / vibration and to any moving parts (motor, fan, etc.) twists I had to unscrew all the film vorsichtigst (sharp edges !!!) remove and then reassemble. Since the quality control has MMN pretty fails Delock or its contract manufacturers, as with us in the company to get out was an order of sheets which we had forgotten to remove the protective film before use, gabs warnings for half the department ...
Otherwise, the part does what it should and also looks good, due to the aforementioned lack of quality and the resulting additional costs, however, I have to deduct 2 stars, 3 stars only remain. Too bad, and totally unnecessary ...
