Since I've been here for one year after my transition from Sandisk very satisfied user of Transcend memory cards - I use since absolutely no problem in my Canon EOS 350D a 2GB 120x CF card Transcend and two 16GB Transcend SDHC card in other devices - I have for my new Canon EOS40D acquired card without hesitation this 8GB 133x CF, of course, again at an incredibly low price of less than 20 and then even free shipping. The card was delivered quickly and was as usual, including a small and practical transparent plastic protective box. Of course, this card like Transcend did not work otherwise used immediately perfectly with various devices together and also proved to be fast enough for a long series of photographs in my EOS40D. With my external Sandisk Extreme CF / SDHC USB Card Reader, I measured on a PC using the free hard drive Benchmarks HDTune verse 2.55, the following transmission power.:
- Minimum transfer rate: 16.2 MB / sec - Maximum Transfer Rate: 16,7MB / sec - Average transfer rate: 16,7MB / sec - Access time: 2,6ms - Burst rate: 13.6 MB / sec - CPU load: 8.5%
Overall, I'm with the CF card from Transcend very satisfied not only in view of the low price and would not hesitate to define as a map to me again. In addition for the worst-case scenario even a manufacturer's warranty of 30 years - what more could you even more ...
