I was very pleased with the vacuum cleaner until he started to work much less well (poor suction noise upward). After returning to service, replace the engine and the warranty does not apply (not replaced filters). I kept vacuum as indicated on the instructions (filter cleaning and not replacement). It turns out that the filters must be replaced every 6 to 9 months after the Samsung Service and it is the user knowing. The cost of the filters (HEPA + other) is about 70 euros, more than half the price of a new model. I remain a bitter taste of the response of SAV / customer service that seems so far not willing to do more on the subject.
