After returning to service, replace the engine and the warranty does not apply (not replaced filters). I kept vacuum as indicated on the instructions (filter cleaning and not replacement). It turns out that the filters must be replaced every 6 to 9 months after the Samsung Service and it is the user knowing. The cost of the filters (HEPA + other) is about 70 euros, more than half the price of a new model. I remain a bitter taste of the response of SAV / customer service that seems so far not willing to do more on the subject.
